Rising above an active retail frontage, this mixed-use development is organised by a clear rhythm of glazing, solid panels and vertical screens. YOKOR’s custom aluminium windows sit precisely within the façade grid, bringing definition and consistency across each level. Expansive fixed glazing reflects the changing sky, while integrated awning windows provide practical ventilation without interrupting the composition. Set against pale cladding and punctuated by warm bronze-toned vertical fins, the glazing gives the building a refined and cohesive urban identity.
